Frequently asked.

When are EPF, SOCSO and PCB due?

EPF and SOCSO/EIS contributions are due by the 15th of the following month. PCB is also due by the 15th — we submit all three the day after your payroll cut-off so nothing is left to chance.

Do I need to register for HRDF?

You must register with PSMB (HRDF) if you have 10 or more Malaysian employees in a covered industry (5+ in manufacturing). We check your eligibility on onboarding and register you if required.

What about foreign workers?

We handle the contribution treatment for foreigners — SOCSO is mandatory for non-Malaysian employees, EPF is optional with director approval, and MTD applies at non-resident rates for the first 182 days.

Can you handle salary advances and ad-hoc bonuses?

Yes. Advances, bonuses, commissions, replacement pay and clawbacks are all supported — just submit them through the dashboard before the 25th.

How are payslips delivered?

Every employee gets their own portal. Payslips, leave balance, EA forms and tax projections live there — no email attachments, no WhatsApp screenshots.

Can you onboard mid-month?

Absolutely. We import year-to-date contributions and tax deductions so EPF, SOCSO and MTD continue uninterrupted. No "first month free" caveats.

Run payroll without the panic.

Salaries paid on time, statutory contributions filed, payslips delivered. Set it once, never think about it again.
